We offer a pay-per-task pricing structure for dictation transcription, word processing and document formatting.
Our pricing structure for dictation transcription is based on the length of the dictation, pay-per-task. For example, a busy lawyer who dictates letters, statements, forms, file notes and pleadings, that work may total 60 minutes of dictation a day, and we charge you just for the 60 minutes. This means you will never pay for a slow typist.
Document production and our Fix & Format service prices are charged at an hourly rate, and all work is logged with descriptions and start/finish times so you know exactly what you are paying for.
For each type of support you need we will give you a fixed price for each task, based on the length of time that task takes, but we will never ask you to buy blocks of time or pay a retainer.
